Except for a few finishing touches, it looks like everything on this site is about the way I want it. It's hard to believe I spent a good portion of my vacation working on this. But I did manage to put in some time in the studio yesterday which is a good thing. And will do some more of that this evening. That's one of the times when I really feel alive. Poor Aleksandra. She commented yesterday that my vacation has been kind of hard on her and I can sure see why. Let me see - I've totally disrupted her sleep patterns and we've been having our dinners off shedule + eating out much more than usual (especially since the kids have been in Serbia for the past 3 weeks), I've been ignoring my normal household duties or taking care of them at odd times, and have generally just been lazy as far as the business of real life is concerned. But Monday it'll be back to the ol' grind I'm afraid. And back to fitting in all the music stuff in between work, chores, getting ready for school starting and all that it entails, music lessons, rides, saving the world, etc. I did hear from my oldest daughter today - it's so nice the kids keep in touch. Maybe we'll get a chance to do some more music soon. Until next time...

Well it's finally pretty much done. Of course it will remain a work in progress as time goes on and new tunes, links, etc. are added. But the bulk of the work is done which, I'm here to tell ya, is a nice feeling. Keep coming back and I'll do my best to keep things current. In the meantime, I'm headed back to the studio. Still got a lot more music to do there! Until next time......

Wow. This is taking longer than I thought it would. Gee, if only I were a real typist! But eventually I will get all the stories/lyrics posted on the music page. Patience is a virtue they say. But hey, this site is going to be a big improvement over what preceeded it. The Io Music Ltd. site is still up and I plan on maintaining it for some time to come. But now that I've had to cut back to a one man operation again (me), it sure is a handfull. It's amazing that to do music and get it "out there", there's a lot more time spent on the mechanics of things than there is spent actually making music. But...it's worth it. I do plan on getting back to the studio this week to work on the new album. Who needs to sleep anyway?

Today is a momentous occasion-the beginning of my new website. While the upcoming album is still a work in progress, I've now added another tidbit to my plate! But the dream lives on and as long as there is a breath left in my body, I will pursue it with all my heart. Music is not only my life-it's what gives me life. So check back often and I'll fill you in on all the current happenings right here. I guess you could say this will be kind of like my on line diary-and it would be way cool if you came along for the ride..........
